Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@dinvie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only available for faulty products within 30 days of receipt. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@dinvie.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Delivery Confirmation:
Once an item is marked as delivered by the shipping company, we consider it delivered. We will not resend a new item or provide a refund if the delivery status confirms successful delivery. Any disputes filed against delivered orders will be contested vigorously.
Address and Order Changes:
Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the address or order details. Any requests for changes will incur additional charges.
Incorrect shipping address situation:
In the event that a customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order is consequently not delivered by the transportation company, we shall not issue a refund or cancel the order. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address. Moreover, in certain instances, we may offer to resend the order for a nominal fee, but refunds will not be feasible under these circumstances.
Customer Responsiveness:
All communication must be conducted in English. It is the customer's responsibility to promptly respond to emails regarding shipping updates or additional information. Failure to respond may result in delays or complications, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and processed. Exceptions may be granted in extenuating circumstances, subject to approval.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days if the return is approved. Please note that processing times by banks or credit card companies may vary.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that canceling an order is not possible due to our automated order processing system. Once an order is generated, it is automatically sent and processed for shipping. Therefore, the only way to cancel an order is to return the items in the same condition they were received. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will inspect them, and if they are in the same condition as when they were sent, we will accept the return and issue a refund. There is no other way to cancel an order, even immediately after it is placed.
